Tax Question

What recourse does one have if an attorney refuses to produce a closing statement for a closing they represented you at? I can’t file my taxes this year and i fear the attorney will not get this to me in time even if i file an extension. The attorney was already paid for this closing so i feel like i have no recourse. Can i complain to the bar? Does the IRS have any jurisdiction in this since i may have to pay penalities for not filing on time b/c of this attorney?
