Please know that my posting and content is genuine. Thanks for the tips! Let me add his downsides: (1) the wonderful handyman can be slow (but meticulous and he shows up every day) so pay him by the job, not by the hour, (2) he’s thoroughly honest and kind (but dresses a la mode Rastafarian which most Brooklyners like me find charming but unfortunately seems to alarms others).
