There’s a place on the form lease that i use that says “Additional notes are as follows:”
Is this where i could put in a few ‘house rules’? For instance, a clause that states that basically you can’t use the hallway as storage for all your old clothes, non working bicycles, granny carts etc (worded nicer of course)
Basically other things are aren’t neccesarily in the lease (within reason of course).
What, if any, additional clauses does everyone out there include? New to this whole landlord bit. thanks for any help!
