Kitchen Sink

Obsessing over whether future buyers of our coop will be turned off if we put in new Franke white apron-front sink rather than trendy stainless sink. Thoughts? Also, anyone have a non-steel sink who can comment on whether glasses break much more easily on stone? Thanks much.
