we have to tell our contractor whether to use matte, or satin or regular glossy poly on our oak parquet floors. We know we don’t want the glossy stuff. But what is recommended beyond that? It’s a vacant building so we won’t have to live through any fumes. So we are mainly just concerned with aesthetics, unless we ought to be concerned with any long-term environmental issues as well. What did you use? Do you like it? Thanks!
