For the Fort Greener’s out there…
Was anyone else aware of this? Is it old news? Isn’t this smack-bang next to the Walt Whitman houses?

I know everyone will say I’m full of s*&t but I keep hearing from long time Ft. Greene neighbors that Walt Whitman is about half empty right now – and I’m talking people that should know not some newbies. I also heard from a guy who’s run a take-out place opposite Whitman for 20-years that his business is declining precipitously as every week more of his customers come in and say “we’re out of here.”
Anyone know anything specific going on?
