I am planning to sell my co-op in the south slope. I am pretty sure I want to go with Corcoran. They seem to have a superior site and high visibility. Can anyone suggest a great agent they’ve worked with or know of? I am looking for someone who is relatively trustworthy, will give time and attention and guidance to someone selling for the first time. Thanks!
