Best Product for Sealing Oak Doors?

I have antique oak doors on my house which are in need of sealing (the bottom is lighter and has a dried-out, blanched look to it).

I don’t want anything shiny and no colors/stains. Besides, this is brownstoner after all. I wouldn’t want to go against Brownstoner code and invoke the wrath of this forum.

Any recommendations for the best product to seal the wood?
