Are these renovation costs reasonable

I am doing a semi-gut reno of a 4 story brownstone (2 family) – approx 17 x 54. Semi = substantial demolition on 1 floor, minor demo on 3 other floors (i.e. approx one wall each), relocating 1 kitchen and 2 bathrooms. New hard wood floors on 1 level to replace water damaged, refinishing floors on other 3 levels. Stabilizing and repairing a staircase; new staircase to cellar; new roof; plumbing (for 5 bathrooms and 2 kitchens); new gas fired boiler plus hot water tubing; central A/C. New electrical. Refinishing of doors (internal + external), vestibule.and some paneling. New windows – 13 windows.

I have an estimate of about $550k. Some highlights below:

new roof – $25k
new windows – $13k
demo & clean up – $34k
plumbing + HVAC – $68k
electrical $35k
floors & tiling – $40k
stairs – $20k
foors – $25k
masonry (repointing rear wall, new cellar slab, chimney flue) – $35k

Does the total and some of the line items above seem reasonable – not too low or too high?
