My tenant called this am to say that her toilet was not filling with water. I went up there and fiddled with the mechanism in the back and water started filling into the back of the toilet again, so I thought we were OK and told her to call me if anything happened again . Later in the evening she called to say the toilet wasn’t fully flushing. I want to get this straightened out hopefully tomorrow before the week starts. This has never happened before and can’t imagine what is going on. I am hoping that I don’t have to call the plumber – he was here for other things recently and it is getting expensive. I am hoping I can figure this out myself. (I have to take that Housing and Preservation Super school course before I go bankrupt). Please help. Thank you Brownstoners as always.
