tenants ‘guests’


hi all-
i was wondering what you all do about tenants who let other people stay in their apartment while they are away. Our tenants seem to go back home alot and they ALWAYS have someone
stay over (pets to feed? no. plants to water? no.). Yes, i understand offering up your place to a friend (i did this as a 20 something too) but there’s been times when things happened (gas left on, friend got locked out, etc) ontop of the fact that i don’t even know this person and they’re living under my roof. Am i just being sensitive because i can’t stand these tenants or is this really something to be worried about?
