Engineer???

Has anyone ever used Johann Grobler from Grobler Building Consultants, Inc? I am in the process of purchasing a townhouse in Brooklyn and would like to know if anyone has used this engineer for an engineer’s inspection? If so would you recommend?

Does anyone have any other recs? I have used Joe from ATV before and he was great. Unfortunately, he is unavailable and does not fit my schedule constraints.
