Belltel vs. 110 Livingston

Any thoughts about Belltel v 110 Livingston? I’ve seen Belltel and will be seeing 110 Livingston shortly. I have no problem with the nabe and think the city is going to deliver on its development plan. So, with prices per sq foot less at Belltel, who likes 110 THAT much better b/c of the sub-zero and finishes? And how important is that extra window at 110 when it comes to resale?
