My husband and I are about to go into contract on a brick townhouse in Cobble Hill/Carroll gardens. We had an engineer inpect the building. He recommended that we get a termite inspector. Can anyone recommend a good and inexpensive inspector?

Also, the engineer was unable to look at the roof. We need to call a roofer to find out the exact condition of the roof. Does anyone have a recommendation for a good roofer? Thanks!
