Hi there, I am curious if people know anything about the apartment buildings around Ocean Ave. around Foster/Farragut. I’ve lived in Brooklyn for ten years,(recently in Kensington), but I really don’t know this area. I am finally in the place to buy something modest and the price on the coop is seems good and is in my range (2 bedrooms around $200,000). I have a daughter and have been trying to research kid friendly things in the general area, but didn’t see many parks/playground immediately apparent. Any information would be great!
