There’s a steam radiator in my apartment that has been leaking for years. If you turn it off, the valve does not shut completely, the radiator fills with condensed steam and water comes out the release valve. As a result, the floor boards are warped and need replacing. The valve needs fixing, too. To top it off, I need some electrical work done.

None of these are huge jobs, but together they are a major project that I’d like done in a short span of time.

I’d like to get it done after the heating season is over, so the boiler can be shut to work on the pipes and the radiator can be removed to do the floor.

So do I need a carpenter and a plumber and an electrician, or can someone recommend one person to do it all?
