While touring a brand new development, we found a condom wrapper under the sink in the master bathroom. This place has not been lived in, but the master bedroom is staged with a bed. There was also a toothbrush, toothpaste, and shampoo in both the master bathroom and the 2nd bathroom. The agent told me that it was probably “the workers” who were showering there. However, this place was built in 2005. What’s your take on this?
