Brownstone on Lefferts Place

Does anyone know what a unrenovated or shell brownstone with details is going for on Lefferts Place anywhere between Grand & Classon or Grand & Franklin? We love the neighborhood especially due to the fact it is near transportation. We know they have a very strong block association. We would love to find something in that area for under $1 million. Any feedback or insight will be appreciated.
