I’m considering buying the duplex penthouse at 626 Dean, part of Merchant House Condominum (618-628) from Brownstone Management, and need more info about the developer and quality of its work, the condo’s issues and the unit itself, which has apparently been on the market for 2 years (it’s expensive and facing one of the Atlantic Yard lots). Can anyone help? Thanks
