We just had ductless A/C-HEATING units (Mitsubishi Mr. Slim) installed in our park slope apartment and love them. The units run silent and really work well. We used All HVAC for the purchase and installation of the units and were very satisfied. The service was great – the owner was very responsive to any and all questions (of which we had a lot) before hand and called after the installation to make sure we were happy with the work and to see if we had anymore questions. The installation team was quick, professional and clean. Best of all – they took great care in not damaging our hardwood floors. I was choosing between All HVAC and another company and defintely made the right choice – my phone calls to the other company went unreturned when I started asking about insurance so that tells you something. These units are an investment and you do not want the wrong company installing and servicing them. I would reccomend the company and the units.
