driveway

Greetings

Guy on my block purchased a two family house with a driveway
leading back to a garage–the house lot on the other side of the driveway was always vacant. Same fellow constructed a house on the empty lot–three family right now–but looks like its going to be more–
So–the driveway now looks like a tunnel — with the old two family on one side and the new three family on the other—any regulations govern how wide or how many vehicles can use this driveway?
