I have a couple of guys coming in on weekends and working for me in my house. They have been doing framing, laying sub floor etc. As usual one guy works very hard and in knowledgeable and the other guy does not work so hard at all. I fired one and I am keeping the other.

I am now looking certainly for one and perhaps two more in addition to the one I am keping. Does anyone have someone they would suggest that they have used? I need someone who can read plans like my present guy.

Any help is appreciated.
