Hello. My building owner is looking to sell the building I’m living in within the next six months to a year. Several of us living here have talked about turning the building into a
co-op, but we don’t know what resources are available for us to research on how to do this. I would really appreciate any suggestions or advice on where to go/what to read in order to get this information. The sooner, the better. The owner just informed me today of her plans to sell, but said that she would do her best to work with us if we can work out the co-op situation. Thanks for any direction you can provide…
