Award-winning NYU film grad director seeking 3/4 family apt. building (brick/brownstone/whatever) w/ two available apartments to shoot LOW BUDGET feature film in September.
Neighborhood DOES NOT matter but near public transportation is best. Rental fee available. Will have insurance.
