I live in an 4 story 8 unit co-op building in Brooklyn. We need to renovate our common areas, the foyer and stairs. This will involve painting the walls and railings and re-tiling the floors. We need someone really reliable as this is a high traffic area and will involve scheduling so that we can still access our apartments. Any recommendations will be greatly appreciated!
