ISO contractor that will actually show up every day

I’m at my wits end with my contractor. The work he has done is decent but he comes once a week and promises promises promises but doesn’t deliver. At this point I’m about to shoot myself or him. Haven’t decided which would be most painless/productive. HELP! Any referrals out there? We are doing floor, walls, wood trim, sheet rock, the basics. thanks! Nicolemull@yahoo.com
