chimney repairs and more

I need to make repairs to a chimney on a two story brownstone in Flatbush. The back of the building also needs leader/gutter replacement, minor siding repair and a railing installed on a three step cement back stair. Can one person do it all? I need it ASAP before I leave on an extended vacation.
