Does anyone have a good recommendation for a property management company (full service)? What is the best rate you have found for reputable, reliable service? My husband and I are purchasing a 3 or 4 family/story townhouse in crown heights and trying to get the most accurate information possible regarding prop managers in the area. Any info you could provide would be much appreciated. I’ve seen the Brownstone Management company’s name in a few places. Any thoughts/experiences you can share?
