My husband and I own a brownstone in park slope and need to combine our Parlor and Garden levels to make an owner’s duplex. Can anyone recommend an architect and/or contractor that they worked with to do a similar job or renovate their brownstone. We’d like someone who will be innovative in ideas regarding use of space as our house is only 17X45. We’d like to use someone who is familiar with brownstone renovations.
