We are in the process of renovating a three family in Bed Stuy and wondered if anyone has info on that Direct Buy program. It seems pretty good but, I’m wondering are the discounts real. We have to replace floors, windows, appliances, etc and are looking to save cash. If anyone has feedback please let us know, I don’t want to waste time with a “club” if I’m not going to save cash.
