We’re looking to get a new roof put on our brownstone including completely removing the old roof. All the roofers we’ve talked to so far only cover existing roofs with more and more layers. Does anyone know of a roofer who can start from scratch? Has anyone used A. Malek? We see they’re signs everywhere but aren’t sure if that’s because they’re good or because they’re usually listed first alphabetically.
