I need advice on how to proceed. I have friend who I would to invest with. He is to purchase 2 properties for under market value from an agency. His name/property management company must appear on the deed, he cannot sell the properties for minimum of 36 months. What safe guards/legal agreements should I try to put in place to order to invest/co-own these properties.
