We have an interior door that we are now using as an exterior door. The door was sanded and painted with exterior paint. However, the paint is already peeling off. I was told that there are companies that will come and take your door and treat it so that it could be used as an exterior door. Has anyone done this? The door is original to the house (1870′s). Thanks.
