I have Brownstone in Prospect Heights and need to fix/re-build a backyard patio. It will involve breaking up old cement, re-grading the backyard so it’s sloped away from the house, making sure water goes into the drainage system, and laying stones in a way that both looks really good and will keep water out of the basement.

Any brownstone owners out there can recommend someone they’ve used who was reliable, did a really professional job and reasonably priced?
