We want to convert our two family to a one family and need an architect to draw up plans for the rental unit floor. We want to convert the unit back to the original layout which shouldn’t be too tough. We’re hoping legitimate plans will make it a lot easier for the contractor to follow. Anyone have recommendations for a “brownstone architect” whose willing to just draw up plans?
