I just bought a brownstone in bedstuy on hancock & stuyvesant. I need to renovate the garden & parlor floors. Getting outrageous estimates for labor only. The contractor who renovated the 3rd fl rental cost 10k, labor only. I’ve gotten one estimate for 50k for the garden/parlor floor. Also, do you know of a good, affordable plumber to relocate pipes for kitchen/bath?
