cost for gut renovation?

Does anyone have a rough cost estimate for a gut renovation for a 2 family, 3 story townhouse in Park Slope (17′ x 45′)? I’ve done some research and the plumbing, contractor, electrical, hvac, architect comes to around $200k.

If anyone has experience with this, please shed light on general range. Thanks.
