One of the properties built as part of the 14 Townhouses development in Boerum Hill recently sold for $1.3 million more than it did in 2006, and now it’s looking like buyers attracted to the properties will soon have newer models to choose from. DOB records indicate that Hamlin Ventures and Time Equities are moving forward with the long-planned second phase of the State Street townhouses development, as applications were filed with the city last week to construct an additional nine houses on the corner of Hoyt Street. Plans for the townhouses—which, according to architect Rogers Marvel’s website, will run between 4,300 and 5,100 square feet—have been dormant since 2008. The site in question is taken up by a parking lot and separated from the row of 14 Townhouses further west on State by five brownstones.
