According to them, the work will encompass a restoration of the facade, windows, sign, awning and lights. After a meeting yesterday with the Landmarks Preservation Commission the design is going back to the drawing…
THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX IS NOT FOR UPSTANDING WORKING INDIVIDUALS WITH FAMILIES! I regretted moving here and can not wait to get out.The residents here are the downfall of this property not all of them but the majority. The staff is rude, unprofessional and are not very helpful. They have done some major updates to the apartment grounds but because of the residents it's a waste. DO NOT MOVE HERE UNLESS YOU ARE LOOKING TO BE TREATED LESS THAN A HUMAN BEING OR YOU ARE ON PUBLIC ASSISTANCE BECAUSE IF YOU ARE A HARD WORKING INDIVIDUAL THAT IS NOT ACCEPTING ANY HANDOUTS THEY (the staff) WILL TREAT YOU LIKE YOU ARE BEGGING THEM FOR A FAVOR AND LIKE YOU ACTUALLY PAYING THEM TO LIVE THERE. This is the worst place to live because of the STAFF and RESIDENTS! Run for the hills!!!!!!!!
A Post Sandy Renovation in the Rockaways, One Year LaterAmazing work by Sally Jones on this re-do! I've actually seen this apartment along with her previous reno job in person and have no doubt that the finished product here will be gorgeous. I agree that buying a fixer-upper at a bargain(ish) price is absolutely the way to go (as long as you've got the stomach for renovation work).
A Renovation for a Wall of Mirrors in a Jackson Heights Co-OpPerhaps you should move to the "new country" that you desire. Anywhere USA, get ready, Joe is on his way!
Renovation for Jackson Heights Commercial Building at 37-49 82nd StreetMaybe it's the color scheme, but it seems very dull to me. I'm not impressed (though I wish I had the money to live there).
