Petrified rat redux

I was recently informed that the "Petrified Rat" I was so excited to find in the backyard was not a rat at all, but actually a squirrel. There is some question as to whether this squirrel did in fact stumble upon the "One Ring" as I mentioned in the "My Brownstone" section of this site.

Oh, poor little squirrelie! And isn't the live picture a chipmunk or something? Squirrels near me don't look like that!
