Development Watch: 679 4th Avenue
After a series of fits and starts (some related to Stop Work Orders, some not), the eight-story development at 679 4th Avenue has taken a turn for the strange. A reader sent in this photo with the title "stairway to nowhere." A look at DOB filings shows its somehow related to "remedial repairs." Hopefully these repairs will include the rusted balconies.
