380 Clinton Avenue Now $1 Million Cheaper

The Julius Liebman Mansion at 380 Clinton Avenue has now been on the market for about a year so we thought it was worth putting in a call to the broker to see if there was any news. Here's what we found out: No buyer yet, but the price has been cut from $5,500,000 to $4,500,000. The reduction brings the price per square foot for the 9,200-square-foot pad below the $500 mark.

I would totally buy this place for 4 mil if I could. Much better than that 2.6 Mil coop listed here the other day.

$2M more to go on the drop and we're in business. shoot might have literally fight with people if this baby somehow drops to 2.5M (boy can I daydream today but today is megamillion drawing again so maybe it's timely to do so)
