"Harlem is no longer majority black".

Wow!!

Twenty years ago, if someone had told you that Harlem would no longer be majority black, and Bensonhurst no longer majority Italian, would you have believed it?? Two of the most iconic ethnic neighborhoods in NYC - vanishing.

Despite my nostalgia for some aspects of old NY, I see this as great news for the city. It still retains a dynamism that makes it great.
