Development Watch: V3 Foundation Underway
We passed by 231 Duffield Street yesterday and noticed that the foundation looked substantially complete. When this is done, the 19-story building should be the closest thing in Brooklyn to a sliver hotel given the small footprint.

I can't fathom why the same builder is building 2 hotels next to each other, across the street from...a big new hotel...but they are all welcome to check out my church, St. Boniface, down the street...
