Development Watch: 336 Park Avenue

Someone's decided to squeeze in a small house into this odd lot next to the BQE on Park Avenue between Grand and Steuben. Hopefully it will look a little better than the one that went in next door a couple of years ago. One reason to be hopeful is that the filing architect is a real architect. GMAP P*Shark DOB

Maybe we'll all luck out and it'll bear "shiny aluminum banisters and ugly fake purple marble".

Hey I sort of like that house next door, now that they put that costume jewelery on the outside of it. The wierd little sculpture makes it interesting.
