Streetlevel: New Burger Place for Franklin Avenue

Via a tipster comes new that a new burger joint is getting ready to open at 766 Franklin Avenue. The new space is right next to the recently-opened Breukelen Coffee House. Crown Heights is really going through a rebirth right now! GMAP

Nostrand, Franklin and Kingston Avenues in CH all have plenty of potential for improved retail.

Hmm...I didn't know they were so close to opening. The place is going to be called Dutch Boy Burgers and is brought to you by the guys that own Franklin Park and a few other spots. I can't wait for them to open! Ever since Homage burned down I've been missing a good burger.

Oh nice! I have high hopes for Dutch Boy, since I really dig Franklin Park. It's a shame Homage burned down, anyone know when/if they're coming back?

Franklin ave north of Eastern Parkway is becoming a Mini Williamsburg, lots of places opening up. Buying a house bet Franklin and Classon/Bedford now may be the same as printing money in a few years time.
Homage is missed, hopefully this one will stay fire free.
