At some point soon, judging from the exterior, a new coffee place called Kohzee Cafe is going to open at 396 6th Avenue. Excited? GMAP

If these people had any idea of aesthetics, they would have designed those security gate housings to be enclosed on the inside. The gates can still come down outside the glass and the place looks a lot classier. This makes a nice building look really fugly.

The fence looks nice.

Ecstatic.

This is exactly the kind of place that I thought should have opened there years ago. But no, somebody had to open some silly clothing boutique, that - surprise, surprise, surprise - failed at this location.

I wish them the best of luck. Alas, I am no longer within strolling distance.
