75 Grand Avenue Hits the Market

The sixteen-unit new development at 75 Grand Avenue in Clinton Hill is finally ready for public consumption. Four listings popped up on Friday and the building's first open house was held yesterday. In true keeping with its Scarano heritage, most of the units appear to be narrow and high-ceilinged, with lots o' mezzanines. Units range in size from 700 to 2,000 square feet and prices start at $470,000.

ugh i should have gone to school for architecture. i've taken nicer looking dumps than this :-/ it looks like the hideous Scholastic building in soho, like almost exactly like it.

Oh my god! As you probably know I am a Clinton Hill cheerleader for the most part but the pricing on these for this location is just unbelievable. That being said, I kind of like the facade.

not sure what to make of this listing-- the 2 bedroom, the most expensive, is 740 sq ft? is that a typo? facade not bad, not sure if i like it. i prefer south clinton hill to north
