Development Watch: 426 Lafayette Avenue

426-Lafayette-Avenue-1009.jpg
Compared to most of the druck that's gotten built east of Washington Avenue in recent years, we're thinking this seven-story project at 426 Lafayette Avenue is looking pretty good. Nice brick, decent-sized windows, pleasing proportions. The 24-unit project was designed by Scarano alum Nataliya Donskoy. No word on whether it'll be rentals or condos, but we'd be betting on the former over the latter. GMAP P*Shark DOB

Sorry, border police. That's Bed Stuy, not Clinton Hill. You know the drill.
