I've always wanted to live in a church conversion. Only problem is that I wouldn't want to share the space so I'll have to pick up that lotto card tonight.

Amazing. It's only as much as some brownstones in Brooklyn Heights and Park Slope. Some developer is going to make a sick mint off this one.

I love church conversions; it's too bad that the last space available at the Sanctuary (the one iwth the beautiful stained glass windows) is only around 750ft.
